How to ensure your Asbestos Policy is compliant
Using our knowledge and expertise as a specialist property compliance consultant, we regularly undertake the review and redevelopment of compliance policies for social housing providers. This includes improving and developing Gas, Electric, Asbestos, Fire and Water Hygiene policies.
Our market position is unique as we employ technical experts from a gas, electric, asbestos, fire and water hygiene backgrounds. We also employ housing practitioners that have managed property compliance both at an operational and executive level. Our Compliance Health Checks, which we undertake for a diverse range of social housing providers nationally, identify any compliance gaps and risks, and include policy reviews. Subsequently, we are well placed to ensure social housing providers achieve policy compliance.
