Pennington Choices is proud to announce that Mark Seaborn, our founder and group director, has been named one of the Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders for 2024. This prestigious recognition, presented in partnership with The Times, celebrates entrepreneurial leaders across the UK who demonstrate outstanding ambition and leadership.
The LDC Top 50, now in its seventh year, is organised by LDC, which forms part of Lloyds Banking Group. This year’s awards received over 700 nominations, showcasing the exceptional individuals building successful and growing businesses right across the UK. The business leaders featured in The LDC Top 50 are making a real impact by creating jobs, promoting social equality, championing sustainability, expanding internationally, and integrating purpose into their business practices. They operate from 39 towns and cities across the UK and span every sector of the economy, whilst collectively, they employ 5,146 people and generate revenues of more than £1.1 billion.
Since founding Pennington Choices in the back bedroom of his house during March 2000, Mark Seaborn has been a key driving force behind Pennington Choices’ growth and success. With his exemplary leadership and innovative vision, he has propelled Pennington Choices to become a national multi-disciplinary consultancy and surveying business, working with more than 800 public and private sector organisations.
At the heart of Pennington Choices’ success is a commitment to being a great place to work and prioritising client needs. In his current role as group director, Mark is focusing on enhancing the company’s workplace culture and ensuring Pennington Choices consistently delivers on its values whilst shaping the strategic direction and holding the leadership accountable for future growth. Being recognised as one of the UK’s Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders is a testament to Mark’s unwavering leadership and commitment to the development of Pennington Choices.
