Pennington Choices is delighted to announce its involvement in a groundbreaking National Centre for Child Health Technology (NCCHT).
The world-leading Centre, to be built at Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park, will be the first of its kind and will bring together clinical and academic experts to improve health outcomes for future generations; it will mark the UK as a global leader in technology for paediatrics and child health.
Doug Hill, Senior Consultant at Pennington Choices said: “After twenty-four years of working with Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust we are thrilled to be part of this prestigious project. Our role as client side cost advisor is important in not only forecasting the costs of construction, designing and equipping the building, but also assisting the business case process to obtain the funding to deliver the project. We will also be heavily involved in negotiations with the developer. Our professional approach ensures best value is obtained for our client throughout the lifecycle of the build and beyond”.
Work is due to commence on the £26m flagship development later this year.
