Pennington Choices makes it a hattrick of Employer of the Year wins

Pennington Choices are excited to announce that we have added another award to our growing trophy cabinet, after winning Employer of the Year at the South London Business Awards.

Before revealing the business as this years’ winner. The judging panel highlighted that Pennington Choices’ greatest asset is its people, and commended the company’s managerial approach, identifying that loyalty and commitment are evident throughout the entirety of the business.

Mark Seaborn, Managing Director of Pennington Choices said: “Since being announced as Employer of the Year at the Bromley Business Awards last year, it would have been easy for us to simply rest on our laurels, but that simply is not how we at Pennington Choices operate. Instead we have continued our efforts to further ourselves as a great employer, which has seen us invest heavily in training and development and run more events for staff to enjoy including; wellness days, BBQs and sports days. We have also developed our employee benefits package to include increased pension contributions, private healthcare and increased financial and wellbeing support to name just a few.
