Did you know that we provide a range of surveying and consultancy services to the healthcare sector, helping our clients to build better and safer environments for their patients?
We develop schemes providing essential services to assist the NHS in their challenge to improve mental health across the UK in a number of settings, including: mental health trusts, GPs, Health and Social Care Centres and hospitals.
Our Project Team can assist with the following:
- Project Management - Our Project Managers are involved in every stage of a construction project, acting as a single point of contact between the client and the team, ensuring budgets are adhered to and timeframes are met.
- Quantity Surveying- Our Quantity Surveyors will ensure that you have appropriate tender documentation and that the correct contract is chosen for each project. We do this through actively encouraging teamwork between client, designers and contractors to ensure a non-adversarial approach to schemes.
- Business Case Development - Strategic, high value and complex projects require a well-written business case to ensure best value use of funding. A business case is vital as it will lead to not only a successful project delivery, but also because it is mandatory for securing the necessary approval that you need for your project. We can help you during and with this process.
We also provide other related services, such as:
- Cost Advisor
- Principal Designer
- Employers Agent
Some of our recent projects include:

Developing low secure units with single bedrooms & en-suites. We have since been appointed to develop two further schemes with LPFT, an £18m two ward unit in Lincoln, and a £9.5m single ward unit in Boston.
Harplands Hospital, with North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust
We are currently providing Cost Advisor and Quantity Surveying services. The project includes: a new build extension and refurbishment of the Emergency Multidisciplinary Unit and Ward 5 refurbishment to form Learning Disabilities Unit.
