Statutory compliance “to be G3 or not to be G3″

On Wednesday 25 January 2017, specialist housing compliance consultant, Lee Woods will deliver an essential compliance workshop at the NHMF Maintenance Conference 2017.

Lee, who specialises in compliance and governance, will provide insight into the key pitfalls experienced by many Registered Providers and what good housing compliance looks like.  Having undertaken numerous statutory compliance health checks for a diverse range of Registered Providers, and having managed statutory compliance in G1, G2 and G3 situations, Lee is well placed to share lessons learned and advise on how the key compliance challenges in respect of gas, electric, fire, water and asbestos, can be effectively managed.

The NHMF conference is devoted to housing maintenance and run by maintenance professionals. It covers strategic issues and provides a focus for networking and promoting best practice. The conference, held on 24-25 January 2017 at the Birmingham Metropole, includes plenary and workshop sessions led by speakers selected for their expertise in a particular field.
