This is a full time, permanent role with a base salary for Junior Consultant up to £30,000 and for Consultants/Senior Consultants between £30,000 and £65,000 dependent on experience, and significant growth potential through our consultant development pathway.
Depending on your skills and experience, you will join our consultant development pathway, delivering a range of client facing projects, and supporting the development and delivery of new business streams to meet client needs.

Our Consultancy team provide specialist advice, assurance and support to our clients across the built environment including building safety, property compliance, regulatory compliance and governance, asset management, net zero and sustainability, organisational change, and health and safety.

Role objectives
- Consultancy projects – lead and deliver consultancy projects across a range of clients and sectors, including audit and assurance reviews, strategy development, performance improvement, understanding client challenges, building and delivering change roadmaps.
- Data analysis – interrogating, appraising and evaluating data as part of consultancy projects or wider business activities.
- Client engagement – building client relationships and developing strong networks with stakeholders across our core sectors. Writing high quality reports that meet client needs, and presenting to a range of stakeholders.
- Research and knowledge management – leading research projects including scoping, planning and analysis.
- Business development – supporting the delivery of sales and marketing to secure a strong pipeline of projects, for example, development of bid proposals, participation in podcasts and webinars, and blog writing.
- Quality assurance – deliver in line with our quality assurance framework and support quality assurance audits of work carried out, to support continuous improvement and learning.
- Performance management – ensure the achievement of all agreed operational and commercial business objectives and key performance indicators (for example, team utilisation and financials).
- Personal development – take ownership of your own development pathway (with appropriate support).
Key skills and experience
• Relevant technical experience/ qualifications/ accreditations, and understand the key challenges of the sectors we work with.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills – writer and oral.
