Ahead of delivery, the delegate profiles will be requested to ensure that our trainer can deliver personalised training and ensure that delegate experience and upskilling can be effectively addressed and developed throughout the three days of the course delivery.
IOSH Working Safely focuses on improving the culture of safety within an organisation by concentrating on the understanding individuals have of their own health and safety responsibilities in the workplace and ensuring that they know how to keep themselves and others safe at work.
The course addresses why health and safety is important and how each individual can positively impact their own well-being and that of others through changing behaviour.
The course focuses on best practice rather than statutory legislation, making it suitable for delegates from all countries, sectors and industries.
IOSH Working Safely is designed for all employees, at all levels within an organisation.
The course modules are topical and wide ranging;
- Introducing Working Safely
- Defining hazard and risk
- Identifying common hazards
- Improving safety performance
The course concludes with a short multiple choice assessment and a hazard spotting exercise.
Upon completion of the course delegates will receive an IOSH Certificate for accredited training.
Who is this course for?
This course is aimed at Team Leaders, Operatives, Non-Managerial Employee’s, Trainee’s, Apprentices, School Leavers and Volunteers.
How many delegates:
Ideally 6 to 10 delegates per session for Live Online and Classroom delivery. Maximum of 12 at any time.
