About the course

Following the introduction of the Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025, it is crucial that all Responsible Persons (RPs) understand their new obligations to ensure safety and compliance. This includes providing a Residential Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) for all residents living in higher-risk buildings, as well as those in buildings between 11m and 18m in height where a simultaneous evacuation strategy is in place.
