Eight months on from the implementation of the new consumer regulation regime, the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has begun releasing its regulatory judgements and gradings, offering valuable insights into how the RSH conducts inspections, the factors behind gradings, and how the sector is responding.  

In this webinar, our panel of consumer regulation experts, are joined by Jenny Spoor, Director of Operations at Havebury Housing Partnership, who discuss Havebury’s journey through the new consumer regulation framework. Jenny shares her experience from meeting the four new consumer standards with a particular focus on the Safety and Quality Standard and securing a C1 regulatory grading.  

Our Principal Consultant, Lisa Driscoll, shares her experiences from working with organisations on consumer regulation compliance, drawing upon her first-hand knowledge from the consumer regulation pilots. Lisa also discusses the importance of understanding your assets with accurate, up-to-date data to comply with the standards.
