Recorded live on Monday 28th November 2022.

The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 will came into force on 23 January 2023, serving as another important step in implementing the majority of recommendations made to the Government following the Grenfell Tower tragedy. The new regulations seek to improve the fire safety of blocks of flats in ways which are practical, cost effective and proportionate to the risk of fire. From January 2023, there were new responsibilities for landlords and building owners, meaning now is officially the time to remain complaint and meet these obligations.

This webinar covers what you need to be doing to ensure compliance covering Building Plans, External Wall Systems, Lifts and Other Key Fire-Fighting Equipment, Information Boxes, Wayfinding Signage, Fire Doors and Fire Safety Instructions. We will talk all about what others in the sector are doing to prepare, whilst sharing best practice and lessons learned to help organisations take action and ultimately exceed their safety obligations.
