• The Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR) 2012
• Identify if asbestos is present, its location and condition (presume if in doubt) – year 2000
• Up-to-date records of location and condition of ACM’s or presumed ACM’s
• Assessing the risk from ACM found
• Prepare a plan and put it in place
