Pennington Choices appoints Commercial Director

From 1 April 2015, Gary Bampton will take on the role of Commercial Director

Gary will join the Board and be a statutory Director of the company.  His main focus in his new role will be our sales, business development and marketing activities across the whole of the company. Gary has played a fundamental role in growing Pennington Choices into the nationwide firm it is today. Gary started with Pennington Choices as a Trainee Surveyor in 2002. Since then he has successfully progressed to Senior Asset Management Consultant to Head of Services and now to Commercial Director. A ‘stand out’ moment for Gary was becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor with RICS.

Relationships are key: from working on client site as an interim Head of Asset Management to mentoring Trainee Surveyors, Gary’s focus has always been in developing relationships.

My role will be focusing on making positive and innovative changes to help organisations create better working environments for their employees and to house people safely and securely. I relish the opportunity to get in front of new and existing clients to see what I can do for them.”

Gary has had an integral role in developing our culture and vision, he will ensure we maximise our regions and reinforce our ‘supporting property people’ proposition.
