Pennington Choices celebrates 100th employee milestone

Pennington Choices, the award-winning, nationwide property surveying and consultancy organisation has started 2019 by reaching another key milestone in the company’s history.

Having already been announced as Employer of the Year in the respective Bromley and Warrington Business Awards in 2018, the Warrington-based firm is now marking the appointment of its 100^th employee.

Lee Egerton, joins Pennington Choices, as part of its growing scheduling team that help to provide the company’s clients with an efficient, versatile and high quality service. Scheduling over 20,000 alone appointments over the past year, the team also helps to compile, quality-check and issue asbestos reports within a two-day turnaround period.

Lee will be responsible for the running of one of the business’ latest asbestos contract wins, in addition to assisting on one of the company’s largest nationwide asbestos clients.

Since the company’s inception in 2000, Pennington Choices has grown not only its staff, but also its service offering to now include gas auditing, asbestos surveying and consultancy and electronic performance certificates (EPCs), working with some of the UK’s largest social housing providers, the NHS, and a variety of retailers.

Managing director, Mark Seaborn said: “Welcoming Lee to our growing family here at Pennington Choices is an exciting milestone in both mine and the company’s history. To think that we are now at 100 employees and counting, has far surpassed my expectations when I first started the company with just myself in its employ.

“However, without the hard work, expertise and dedication from all of our staff, the company just simply would not be where it is today and I would like to say a massive thank you to each and every one of them.
