Pennington Choices celebrates 15 years of success

Pennington Choices staff gathered last week at the Mercure Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa for a two day programme of team-building, inspirational workshops and awards to celebrate 15 years of success in the property sector. The teams from the company’s head office in Warrington and regional offices in Bromley and Rotheram all came together for the event which took place in Warwickshire.

Renowned author, motivational speaker and performance coach, Martin Robert Hall delivered a high impact session around Pennington Choices mission, vision and values. Tim Pinder, Chief Executive at Peaks & Plains Housing Trust shared the inspiring story behind his company being listed in the Sunday Times Best 100 UK Companies To Work For. A glittering black-tie evening ceremony celebrated the very best of Pennington Choices ‘above-and-beyond staff’, with the presentation of awards including Best Collaborative, Supportive and Innovative teams.

Managing director, Mark Seaborn addressed the teams acknowledging the hard work and dedication of exceptional staff who have consistently helped shape the property sector over the last 15 years. He said:

“This was a fantastic landmark event designed to recognise some remarkable achievements. It was also an opportunity to share our future growth plans and look forward together to an exciting next phase of development."

Jessica Evans, Marketing and Training Executive led the organisation of the event. She said :

“All the staff thoroughly enjoyed it. We included some lighhearted individual awards such as Morning Sunshine for the employee who works best after their first coffee of the day and I think everyone derived a great deal from the two day programme of activity.”

Closing the proceedings, Mark Seaborn and newly appointed Commercial Director Gary Bampton, thanked their team for their contributions to Pennington Choices over the last 15 years. Mark Seaborn added:

“I believe we are innovative, sincere and trusted by our clients. We are supportive and collaborative it was important to recognise and celebrate that.”

The event also highlighted  the company’s commitment to charitable giving. After a number of sponsored fun runs and cycling events the next big challenge is later this month when a group of ‘Pennington Peakies’ will undertake the Three Peaks Challenge.
