At Pennington Choices, we believe that a hard day's work deserves a fair day's pay. That's why we're thrilled to announce that we've achieved accreditation as a Living Wage Employer. This milestone demonstrates our commitment to paying our team members a wage that truly reflects the cost of living, ensuring their financial security and well-being. 

What is the Real Living Wage?  

The Real Living Wage is higher than the government’s minimum, or National Living Wage, and is an independently calculated hourly rate of pay that is based on the actual cost of living. The Real Living Wage is a voluntary benchmark that reflects the true cost of living; employers with this accreditation have chosen to provide a wage that people can actually live on.  

Katherine Chapman, Director, Living Wage Foundation said: “We’re delighted that Pennington Choices has joined the movement of over 14,000 responsible employers across the UK who voluntarily commit to go further than the government minimum to make sure all their staff earn enough to live on.
