Pennington Choices, the award-winning, nationwide property surveying and consultancy organisation has been recognised within the Top 100 Mid-Sized Best Companies to work for, along with being accredited as a Two-Star Best Company for its commitment to staff engagement.

Alongside national recognition, the company has also received accolades, placing it within the Top 100 companies to work for within the North-West, and also within the Top 5 Architect and Surveyors to work for.

The announcements come in spite of the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Commenting on the occasion, Mark Seaborn, Managing Director at Pennington Choices, said: “Over the past ten years, Pennington Choices has grown into a multi-million pound business, employing over 100 members of staff, and servicing organisations across the UK.

“However, the past 18 months has seen some of mine and the organisations greatest challenges. Although, together as one, we at Pennington Choices have come together and navigated successfully through them to a point where we have grown as a business.

“Key to this success, has been our staff, and we have worked extremely hard during the pandemic to ensure that our staff remain engaged and enjoy working at Pennington Choices, albeit from a different environment.

“I am delighted to see that our hard work has paid off, and the feedback from our staff through the Best Companies rankings is proof that we have nurtured a positive working culture.

“To celebrate the occasion, it was important to us to allow staff to spend Best Companies Day on Friday 21st May with their teams. This is why we shut our offices early so that each and everyone one of us could enjoy a little bit of fun to mark this excellent achievement.

“I am excited to see what 2021 has in store for us all and hope that this time next year, we will have again improved on our fantastic 2020 scores.”
