Smarter Planning: Pennington Choices Ltd officially listed as planning champions

Our fantastic property team submitted a combined total of 237 online planning applications via the Planning Portal in March, more than any other organisation in England and Wales. Our contribution helped the Planning Portal achieve their highest ever monthly total of 46,375 applications received in March. Resulting in us being made Smarter Planning Champion. We can now proudly display Smarter Planning (SP) Champion logo on our website.
