Muir Group Housing Association - Electrical Inspections

Pennington Choices supported Muir Group Housing Association to make sure fully compliant periodic electrical inspections were carried out on a broad range of properies in Cheshire. Muir Group is a registered social landlord with more than 4,700 properties. The registered social landlord needed to ensure quality and consistency of information was provided on all electrical inspections.

The Challenge

Pennington already carried out gas quality audits and energy performance certificate (EPC) surveys for Muir Group. They approached us to carry out the check on periodic electrical inspections as a direct result of the excellent service they had previously receive in these other areas.
